Train With Matt

One-to-One Training

Private sessions allow us to focus on specific goals surrounding sensory needs and physical objectives. One on one sessions allow us to take a deep sensory approach to focus on behaviors, attention, and motor skills. Sometimes working in a group setting can be overwhelming. Having a safe place to build play and motor skills, increase confidence in movement, and develop a healthy nervous system can be a necessary step to find success in a group setting. Privates include: · Sensory Assessment · Motor Skill Assessment · Primitive Reflex Assessment · Vision and Oral Motor Assessment

Small Group Training

Small group training is a safe space for kids to be themselves to grow strong, healthy bodies and work together as a group. Classes are run like a PE class where the focus is on having an absolute blast while addressing sensory needs, stability, coordination, and motor skills. All the while working on group problem solving, communication, and overall higher social skills. The focus is on working as a group during class, but the option of taking sensory breaks when feeling overwhelmed and to refill their cups. Kids can take all the time they need to reset, to come back to the class ready in both body and mind.
